Description: This is a public hearing, so any and all people are welcome to attend, submit written testimony, or sign up to provide oral testimony. The chairman will limit the amount of time people have to testify (generally 3 minutes or so, depending on the amount of material they need to get through in a day). For anyone wishing to provide written testimony, the committee requires 25 copies to be hand delivered by 11:00am on the day of the hearing. Anyone wishing to testify in person needs to sign the witness list before 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing (you can get your name to Sen. Mooney’s office the morning of the hearing and they will sign you up).
